Rachel Bray - Founding Director
Having started Let's Create, Rachel runs a variety of our after school clubs and holiday camps. Mum of three, with two degrees,
her passion is helping others find their inner artist! Rachel loves the beach, drawing, weight training
and a regular dose of adrenaline - she has paraglided from the world's fourth highest paragliding site
and ridden the worlds fastest - and Europe's longest - zip line - twice!

​​Debbie Caddy - North Swindon Club Leader
Along with running a number of our after school art clubs, Debbie has run her own successful children's
business for the last 15 years - Baby Boppers! Debbie is Mum of two, loves the gym, live music and festivals, and since
childhood, Debbie's passion has always been in musical theatre. She trained in stage school as a child
and continues to perform in local productions. We are grateful to have her high energy and spirit with us at Let's Create.

Allie Pocock - Peatmoor Club Leader
Mum of three children.. and five rabbits(!), Allie has a wealth of experience with children having spent years
supporting her own children's school as a regular parent volunteer, she loves crafting and can be found
cheering from the side lines and in dance halls evenings and weekends at her kids many
football matches and dance comp's - Allie is a true Dance AND Football Mum!

​Pelin Yazgan - Club Assistant
Pelin has been assisting at Let's Create for years and works at a school in their wrap around
care as well as previously as a MDSA for many years. Pelin is a Mum of one, has a degree in business
and loves people, animals, walking and shopping! She brings her supportive,
caring nature and infectious smile with her to club everyday!

Emily Winslow - Club Assistant
Emily is currently training to be a T.A and has been assisting at club for about six months. She loves photography,
art and tattoos! Emily is Mum to two children and two pets - a dog named Frank and a crazy haired guinea
pig called Noodle. In 2010, she bravely completed a sponsored charity sky dive(!) and raised a massive £500
for the local charity close to all our hearts, Prospect Hospice.
