Freedom in creativity fosters a child's authenticity and uniqueness.

We encourage children to free their imaginations through activities that inspire thinking outside the box and outlets of self-expression.

Having opportunities to express our creative side contributes as a protective factor in our emotional wellbeing.

We give children the opportunity to make friends and feel a sense of belonging. Compassion plays a key role in helping children to be engaged, caring, and optimistic.

We cultivate self-love for better mental health. Self love helps us develop our self-esteem and build confidence.

The way we feel about ourselves directly contributes to our happiness, academic attainment, the way we relate to others and in developing our aspirations.

Mindfulness is about focused attention on the present moment, leading to a heightened awareness of one’s self and the world around.

Teaching mindfulness to children gives them the tools to reason and reflect on a variety of experiences in life.

Such practice can help them discover new ways of thinking, new ways of reacting and build resilience and coping mechanisms for life.

Resilience is being able to bounce back from stress, challenge, tragedy, trauma or adversity.

When children are resilient, they are braver, more curious, more adaptable, and more able to extend their reach into the world.

Resilience can be nurtured in all children and we do this through the facilitation of creative play.
